Identity design for Aletri hotel, a premium boutique touristic facility in Alonnisos island, in Greece.
Aletri in Greek means plough. Aletri hotel is a brand new touristic facility based in Alonnisos island, and has been built in an old farming plot where the past century workers used to harvest and collect the barley.
Our goal was to create a strong and modern Brand identity for the hotel, enclosing the rich heritage of the place. The identity had to be fresh and neat, soft and minimal, inspired from the traditional Greek island’s architecture which is prevailed in the characteristics of the building.
For that reason we have created a Branding image combining the old with the new. We designed a modular logo with rough lines and sketchy custom typography, reflecting the raw labor farming life from the crop of the harvest. We have selected a colour scheme including natural and earthy tones, inspired by the hues and shades of the environment.
Signage design and various prints have been created in order to complete the brand Identity of Aletri exclusive resort.
